Combining history with the beauty of the undersea world
On August 21, 1914, during World War I, a luxury passenger ship sank as a result of contact with a mine. The wreck is located in the area of the island of Visna at a depth of 28 to 40 m. It is well preserved to this day, and the interiors, including passenger spaces, are accessible to experienced divers. Over the years, the wreck has become home to various forms of life, which adds charm to underwater exploration. Visiting the wreck is a fascinating combination of history with the beauty of the underwater world.
