It was our first holiday in Croatia and we decided to choose boat from Heads Yachting. It was great decision! Apart from little delay with coming in on a boat, everything else was smooth. Let me share my renting a boat experience in Croatia. We just came back from a wonderful, yet short holidays spent in beautiful Croatia. We have rented the boat from Heads Yachting in Sukošan. I must admit we have planned this trip way ahead of time and I must say I must’ve been quite annoying customer asking tons of questions. To my surprise I got every single one answered patiently by Marta who has been a great help all the time. We chose to have an additional skipper on board, who was recommended by chartering company, as I myself hadn’t had any experience in navigating in Croatia. On our arrival not everything got to a plan as there was some minor problem with the boat causing a slight delay in our departure, but again we were taken care of by Heads Yachting team. I find it very important that all the time they were very opened  with us about what was wrong with the boat and what the option were. As to a renting a boat process I must say that everything went fast and smooth. All documents, fees and requirements were communicated clearly and Marta and Lukasz were always ready to help or explain. On return, as we were in a bit of a hurry they’ve organized a diver to check if the boat was returned in a condition that was rented. It took us no time to confirm that the boat was OK. If you wish to have a trouble free experience in Croatia or it is a first time renting a boat for you I highly recommend going with Heads Yachting! Our vacation with Heads Yachting in August was truly unforgettable! The Blue Moon is absolutely incredible – comfortable and perfectly maintained. Without a doubt, it’s the best choice you can make in this price range. Captain Mate was outstanding – skilled, welcoming, and made every moment on board special. We had an amazing experience chartering the Ferretti 500 in Croatia. Everything was perfect – the yacht was in excellent condition and the service was very friendly and professional. Communication was smooth, and the whole process felt easy and well organized. A special highlight: the security deposit we left in cash was returned in full without any issues at the end of the trip. We have chartered for 2,5 weeks a motorboat with Heads Yachting, the Ferretti DDM29. I have read the reviews of others and was obviously a bit concerned; however, we have had a fantastic time and service! The deal was made with Lucas, the base manager in Croatia and the communications in the marina and during the charter were mostly with Marta and Vedran. All very pleasant and cooperative. During the check in we got a good explanation of the vessel, and they were helpful and flexible with organizing our trip. We have chartered for many years motorboats now and everyone who charters a boat knows there is (almost) always something with a boat, also with us as almost every year. This time the starter batteries of the engines were not in great shape although being changed the year before as I understood from the mechanic of the boat but had to be changed again during our charter. Done quickly and flexible fitted into our itinerary. During the charter pleasant communications with Marta and Vedran if all okay and once back in the marina, easy and quick check out. And of course a diver checking if all was still great and good with the boat. Hence, despite experiences of others, our experience with Heads Yachting has been great and for sure we will be in touch again with them for another charter. Charter we have done this year was amazing. All prepared for us to the smalest detail. Mr Lucas hosted us professionally and warm. I will recommend heads yachting to all who want to have vacation of the dream. We definitely use this service again . Regards Peter
